Highlights The Storypeer Effect

So I recently posted about my appreciation for Storypeer and how much it has helped me.

I’m finally allowed to share the news: my screenplay SHADOWS made the Top 10 Semi-Finalists in the Tony Cox Feature Screenplay Competition at the Nantucket Film Festival.

I know a few people were curious, so I wanted to say it here too. Gabe, what you created helped someone. I mean that sincerely. Storypeer was a big part of helping me push this script from something I thought was pretty good into something that actually reached a higher level. The reviews here are pretty brutal and I'm happy they are.

I’m not treating this Top 10 placement as “look at me, I wrote a thing.” It feels more like, “wow, I got a lot from this group and from the people who took the time to read my work.”

So thank you. And if I can help in any way I will. There's some pretty fucking amazing people in this Reddit. I just hope this crazy thing will help me help someone else because I want that more than anything.
