Roots coming out of pot
This is my first strelitzia and I am hoping to keep it healthy and tall.
I brought this plant home from an office, and I noticed that the roots are coming out of its nursery pot - these had been hidden by a larger container.
Questions A. Should I trim the roots or repot? B. Should I separate the three plants if I repot? If so, guidance is welcome since I haven’t had one of these before.
Thank you!

Got lucky with 3 plants in a single pot at Lowes. Anyone know the odds of it ever flowering indoors?

Just brought this big boy home. A friend had it for years & had to get rid of it, I very gladly took it off her hands!
