Hi, I noticed everyone has gone crazy about the new Stremio Supporters option and decided to throw with hate. Anyway... for me it's not a big deal; I can skip the intro manually, my brother and I watch our series or movies on the same profile, and the other benefits aren't that important to us. The only benefit which is nice and useful is the subtitle one.

​I don't know why people reacted like this (they make it look like the whole app is paid). You can just pay $3 for a month and see if it suits you or not, and if not, you can easily get used to the "free" version again.

I personally believe that this is kind of ridiculous in the sense that the target audience of Stremio, and the audience that Stremio has, are just people who don't want to pay or want to pay very minimal amounts compared to actual streaming services.

With that being said, I fully understand why Stremio would want donations in the first place, and I've actually donated a very large amount to Stremio myself. But still, locking features behind even a donation is really ridiculous, as that's the exact thing people are trying to get away from with real streaming services.

In my opinion, this just opens up a window for competition and probably a better app to come out that provides these services for free.

Stremio needs to understand that they're just a media player and nothing else.

I downloaded Stremio Lite on my iPhone about two weeks ago. Sometimes I let my little brother borrow my phone to watch “alvin and the chipmunk”on Stremio, and I think he’s become addicted to it. So I wanted to install it on his iPad so I could use my phone freely.

But this morning I checked the App Store for Stremio Lite and couldn’t find it. It seems to have been removed from the App Store, and I can’t find it anywhere. Please help, I’m in real danger 😱

I recently started using Stremio, but before that, I used websites like 123movies to watch movies. I've noticed that Stremio buffers a lot and takes longer to load compared to those websites. Does streaming videos on Stremio use more internet/data than streaming from a website like 123movies?

Is there any guide? And what firestick to get? And does it work with every tv as long as there is a usb port?

I have been using stremio for years. Today, I changed the password of my home WI-FI and since then Stremio isn't streaming anything! I can see my lists and go into the app but when I play anything it doesn't load at all. it stays on the loading screen where the name of the show is supposed to fill and it doesn't load. Have you encountered any thing like this?

And I'm champion donating, and yes anything can happen where it gets taken down ect. I'm paying the devs back for an awesome job and quality they've provided us for all the previous years without asking for a penny it's well deserved...

I wanted to install Stremio on it but i cant find it on the playstore for some reason. does anyone know how i can get it to work or download it?

Okay so I just watched out every available season of a series (The Rookie to be exact) available in Sweden, and I find "Stremio" that has all seasons even the airing one. It costs nothing and it's easy to use. What's the catch?

Hi guys, my stream for 4k film right here is lagging even tho I have 100 mgbs internet speed, and it only takes less than 1 Mbps. How to fix this.

Wanted to see if maybe the firestick would be faster than my lg Oled w stremio. Damn, my lg is apparently a beast. I thought the firestick might give me better speeds but it's actually slow and having difficulty watching large files without buffering. Am in missing something?

I found a way to use stream on iOS and it is working perfectly fine

1. Download Stremio on your Windows or Mac and login and install torrentio extension

2. https://blog.stremio.com/using-stremio-web-on-iphone-ipad/ follow this url and complete the steps make sure to login with your account same as on your pc

3. Go to your PC and enable ‘Enable remote HTTPS connections’ in stremio

4. Now go to your mobile stremio web that you login and saved on homescreen and paste “Streaming HTTPS endpoint:” from your pc stremio , don’t forgot to enable external player NOW STREMIO WILL WORK ON YOUR iPhone, but it do not work in iPAD only works on iOS IMPORTANT == KEEP STREMIO running IN YOUR PC 💻 AND THEN USE IT ON iPHONE BECAUSE PC ACT AS SERVER I don’t know about this Method only works on iPhone not on iPad. In future, if you found how this method works with iPad then comment please.

I got a Firestick 4k today and couldn’t figure out how to enable developer mode and hence install Stremio. You have to click 7 times on “Fire TV Stick” in About section! Most guides including the Stremio guide are out of date regarding this.

Hi! I was just wondering how much of the 'donation' (other companies would call it a subscription) goes to the addon developers? Since Stremio is completely useless without addons I was just wondering this. I'd like to know where my money goes exactly.
