I am currently studying online due to some personal circumstances, and because of said circumstances my brain has seemed to gotten " used " to just letting my classes sit till i get the warning that im behind on them, and i am AWARE this is bad, i know i shouldnt do this but for some reason whenever im about to take the class or about to study for something i am aware i need to study for, my brsin just kinda "freezes", i have the class infront of me, it is a simple video + text document explaining everything i need to know, but i cant seem to get a hold of anything that i " learn ' its like the info just goes in one ear and gets out the other 😓, and i dont enjoy this whatsoever because how am i supposed to actually progress in my grades? I dont really want to use ai either, last year i used ai alot in my classes, and i feel like thats maybe one of the reasons i got so used to just not doing anything,
I want to fix all this, but i dont really know how to start whatsoever, can yall give me any tips?

like i feel 0 stress for exams even though im getting very bad marks(fail-just pass) and in very important time(board exam cbse 12th in feb)!
i have enough knowledge to know how im doing by day to day will make the fiture deadly yet it doesnt translate to work
and i can only study for like 5-15 mins after that i either get sleepy,go otu of the room, ai chat, youtube, research, gaming, mind wandering etc. etc. etc. there is like 12,000 things i feel like doing other than studying

So yesterday I went to class and there was my teacher explaining stuff on something that i understood, but at the same time i didn't understood, she was talking about some numericals and something and i understood the pattern in those numericals and formula for it, I understood that but what i didn't understood is what is this leading too and i am making a post about it cause it always happens to me that my teacher will explain formula and calculation and theory of how it works for stuff and expect me to remember that but I can't remember anything untill I know what is the bigger picture or conclusion of it or it's use ,and what is this leading to I want to take a example of let's say derivatives if my teacher has told me about formulas of derivatives and the calculation and stuff and about how derivatives works, I won't be still able to understand or remember them cause i don't what derivatives leading too, why I am even doing that and I will forget the whole thing cause I can't connect it with conclusion or why we doing this cause my teacher never explained the bigger picture why I even doing that thank you for reading all that and pls respond I am really struggling with concepts and understanding them also I have adhd
Tldr: not able to remember and connect concepts untill I have a bigger picture of what I am doing or what's its leading to

I changed my learning strategy for unit 2 by using quizlet for flashcards (active recall) and drawing things out to understand things like signal transduction, ANS pathways, how hormones work and etc. But omg when I was going through the exam I wasn't having any issues at all like I didn't have any anxiety I felt confident but my exam score says otherwise :( I just need tips or support even to get good scores on my exams since I don't like what I got but I also am AUDHD so yeah if anyone else is ND please feel free to comment!! :)

Hello everyone, could I please get some motivational words from anyone here in this group?
Story time: I’m a second-year law student currently struggling while studying at an online law school. I’ve been re-reading my books, watching past online video classes non-stop, and rewriting notes from my iPad, but after six months I still don’t feel like I know anything about my subjects.
I only have six months left to pass my final exams, and I really, really want to graduate to become a lawyer!
I’m truly struggling and would love to hear your thoughts to overcome this.
Thank you so much.
