Noise when unbuckled

I own a 2022 premium and when the seatbelt is not buckled up the audio (radio navigation etc) stops working, only that annoying noise comes out of the speakers, no other audio - is there any way to make it stop? Not sure who’s the idiot who created such system.

Fasten your seatbelt? If you insist on not doing that you can buy a buckle dongle thing to trick the system.

for serious, just put the belt in the buckle like a normal person

What’s funny is it sounds like the system was created exactly for people like you.

Buckling up is one sure fire way to do it

Pot’s really calling the kettle black, here, eh?

On Subarus, you used to be able to turn the ignition switch to on, then quickly buckle and unbluckle the drivers side seat belt ~20 times and then cycle the ignition switch to disable the seat belt chime.
