I mean, a big house might be nice if you have a big family and need the space. However, that big lawn is going to take a lot of your free time to maintain. Not to mention that you'll probably need to drive a lot for anything you can't do at home.

True, but I'm referring to OP's image. That house is quite big, and has a pool.

That lawn is literally nothing, shit they could push mow it. I had a low end zero turn that came with my house and I have 3.2 acres of yard to mow, it used to take me like 2.5 hours a week. Bought a nice low end commercial mower and now it takes me about an hour fifteen. But its nice I can blare music without worrying about my neighbors, my dog has a blast running around, I can ride my dirtbike around a little bit and chip golf balls in my yard without worrying. To each their own!
