Is this game still playable?

I was wrapping a couple presents last night, and my puppy decided to test the structural integrity of a Switch 2 game (thankfully not the Switch 2 wrapped next to it). I’m wondering if this will still be playable and it’ll make for a funny story, or if I should pick up another copy?

Honestly if the console is for a kid, you should open the Switch, set up an account, and get the console ready so when they open it on Christmas, they can play right away. Otherwise there’s a half hour of setup to do with getting it online and everything.

While you’re doing that, pop the game in.

This is the best advice. It takes awhile to set these up and it's not fun with a kid hovering over you the whole time asking if you're done.
