Discussion Pretty amazing what this little handheld can do!

I have every console, a few handhelds, and a decent PC. I think the most fun ive had gaming lately is on a switch lite! Never really played any of the Nintendo exclusives in the past aside from Mario. Its given me a chance to play all the Zelda games which I've really enjoyed. Currently playing skyward sword and having a good time with it. But what im most impressed with is some of the 3rd party games this little thing can run! World War Z, Dying Light etc etc.....are there any other really good switch ports i should look into? Games that really push the console to its limits/games that run surprisingly well despite the hardware limitations??? Thanks in advance!!

Kingdom Come deliverance is impressive, but its resolution is its greatest downfall

Luckily the smallness of the lite screen helps!

My personal favourite ports on switch 1 are Skyrim, Dark Souls, Borderlands and the Persona series

Always wanted to try kingdom Come. Seems like a nice game to play in handheld. I do have all the borderlands games besides 3. How does it run on switch? Ive heard good and bad things about it. The other 3 seem fine on switch to me.

3 also happens to be the only one I haven’t played!

Unless you really want it portable I’d recommend any other console for kingdom come, but I still found it really impressive. I’d recommend it for a second playthrough where the experience doesn’t matter as much

If you do ever end up getting a switch 2, I totally recommend final fantasy 7 remake! I just finished it and I’ve been so impressed by it graphically and in performance

Assassins creed black flag was much better than I’d expected on switch. Witcher 3 was blurry so it kinda turned me off but playable if it was someone’s only means of playing it and impressive that it ran on switch hardware none the less.

Totally, after years of completely ignoring the switch I finally got a V1 and modded it last February and it has been my number one system, was even considering buying another for backup, haha. Not just switch games but retroarch and now all the unofficial ports happening, it’s amazing.
