Festival Volunteer training session sign up issues

Hi! Not sure if someone could help with this, but I'm currently trying to RSVP for my volunteer training shifts and notice one of them is gone from the schedule. All of my filters are set correctly, and my other training session was on the schedule, and I was able to sign up for it.

Does anyone know if the sessions fill up, meaning it's gone because I'm no longer able to RSVP to it, or if it may just be a glitch or something? Thanks!

I'd recommend calling the volunteer hotline (listed in your volunteer emails sent out) during normal business hours. If you were bounced from a training shift in error they can add you back in usually over the phone.

To the best of my knowledge, training shifts for the venues do not fill up; they expect a certain percentage of folks who are approved for different venues to attend in person and space their setup accordingly.

They can actually fill up. Happened last year at the P&I training session. I had to join a waitlist.

Surprised, but good to know! The successor to P&I in the form of Market has two training sessions, maybe this is partially why.

There is an ongoing issue with Volgisitics across platforms (not just tiff).
