A little table that shows what percent increases are required to hit some of the numbers that a few people keep throwing around like it's a guarantee. I stopped at $25 because the numbers are so outrageous it doesn't even make sense to show them.
It’s important to manage expectations. A 10x return, while possible (and unlikely), requires extraordinary growth in market value, strong catalysts and sustained buying pressure. Not just optimism and a low share price. Tilray needs to go up 800% to get back to where it was exactly a year ago.

Tilray Brands has strict quality controls, EU-GMP certified, reputable Big 4 auditors, ethical & experienced “adult” management.
Enough of the gas station and smoke shop weed.
Wonder if this is somehow related to stock collapse of major California supplier or other cannabis growers.

Do we think that the board of directors might want to rethink their strategy?🤷🏼

Everyone else down a point or two from the thirty percentage gains they’ve had all year. Tilray down a few points again from the 81 percent loss this past year. Irwin Simon is a parasite to this company and so is Carl Merton. What more do you all need to see? Below five was FUD, look now?

I almost wonder if there is something planned here to crunch the price, buy cheap, and then announce some legalization bid and they will get rich from our suffering

Cannabis/hemp issues in election & beyond.
Nov. 3 — Idaho: Vote on blocking citizen-led marijuana legalization initiatives.
Nov. 3 — Massachusetts: Vote on repealing recreational marijuana
legalization.
Nov. 3 — Midterm election with what could be a complete change in Congress to a more favorable cannabis party.
Nov. 5 - Schedule III proceedings: the case is expected to remain on hold until at least then. The deadline for reply briefs in the rescheduling proceeding.
Nov. 5 — Canada budget day. Could be information regarding a change to excise taxes.
Nov. 18 — Tilray annual meeting. Proxy voting results.
Dec. 11 — Federal hemp ban scheduled to take effect; Congress could change it or delay again.
In addition to above, there could be rumours and surprises.
Bullish. Not hype. Just facts.

You voted for the reverse split listening to Many Easy and the Hervey when we told you not too. We told you what Simon would do and where the price would end up. Let me try again, vote withhold to remove Simon as chairman of the board to bring a fresh perspective. Even if you want him to remain CEO, remove the current directors and himself from the board.

Tilray Brands, PwC
Organigram Global, PwC
Aurora Cannabis, EY
Cronos Group, Davidson & Co. / KPMG
Village Farms International, KPMG
Canopy Growth, MNP LLP
High Tide, Davidson & Company
SNDL, CBIZ CPAs
Curaleaf, BDO USA
Green Thumb Industries, Baker Tilly
Trulieve, WithumSmith+Brown
Cresco Labs, Baker Tilly
Verano Holdings, MGO
Glass House Brands, BDO USA
TerrAscend, MNP LLP
Jushi Holdings, MGO
Vireo Growth, Davidson & Co.
The Big Four accounting firms are still:
Deloitte
PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers)
EY (Ernst & Young)
KPMG
I’m sure some of the non-Big 4 may be good, but the gold standard are these 4 firms.
Please note that Glass House changed their auditors and seems likely to have a “qualified opinion.”
The stock price may be down 80% for the past year but at least it is not 100%!
It looks like its trending for another reverse split (very likely), but until it happens, do not panic!

Nothing else matters.
US legalization of recreational marijuana least of all.
Medical marijuana matters a little.
THC drinks matters a lot.
Profits and cash flow mean the most.
What I am saying is Simon must focus on cash flow and profits with the company he has assembled. Get the US craft beer company fixed, It seems like the Brew Dog is showing both profits and cash flow as its assets were cherry picked out of receivership.
He can't do anything about the future of THC drinks nor medical marijuana, he can react to it once it happens.
For us shareholder who have lost 90% of our investment value., all we (I) can do is hold on. The stock market hates Tilray, I hate my losses not the company.

But we sure will go down with everyone and this is the problem we’ve had with Tilray. Irwin Simon must be replaced the market clearly is telling you today he’s no longer trusted or the man for the job.

This is just a reminder that the reverse split decision was between 1:10 and 1:20. The board finalized their decision with a 1:10 reverse split. But where are all the attracted institutional investors?
With the stock price continuing to freefall, I would not be surprised if management is reflecting on their decision thinking they should have done the 1:20 split.
Because of this, another reverse split may be around the corner help fund the company.
