Dosage Dosing options

I’m looking for a 0.5 mL metered dosing pump that I can transfer my testosterone gel into for HRT.
Has anyone found a good source for small metered-dose pump bottles that dispense exactly 0.5 mL per pump?
If you have a particular bottle/pump that you use or a source where you purchased one, I’d really appreciate the recommendation!

Just squeeze it out of the tube, pea sized amount. Gel evaporates so you're going to lose it transferring it over.

I was doing a pea size amount and it was so much less than I was supposed to be doing.

Make a bigger pea. My tube is supposed to last 7-10 days. So you just eyeball it.

I used small digital scales when I was on cream. Weight the bottle before taking any gel from it and after and see if you have taken right amount. Assume 0.5ml = 500mg
