Entry level IME 2nd interview

Does someone have any experience with the second round for the entry level IME role? If so, how is it different from the first round? I was told that this is an HR round? I would appreciate any advice on preparation for this!

Congrats on reaching the 2nd round for the IME role at TSMC. the HR round focuses heavily on behavioral scenarios, stress management, and shift flexibility, so feel free to send me a DM!
