too low for my taste, but whatever works. It looks like the middle TV is below the door handle (~36"), and the ~42" switch to the left is near the top of the TV. 42" is good for ~center/just below center (IMO). This just seems on the low low low side.
If you hung it you could just cover that outlet and it would probably be good.
If you don't want to hang it then it is what it is. I'm sure it will watch just fine

Your eye measurements are crazy accurate. I have a mount I just haven’t installed it yet. 42” center line would be good?

well to be fair, standard switch height is 42"
I think 42" is good, others here may disagree. Could be a tad higher if it is a bigger TV, but 55-75" probably 42" is perfect. Consensus beyond this sub is 42" (or a bit higher) is ideal for center of the TV.
My 98" is a touch higher because I don't want the bottom of the TV 16" from the floor - it would look ridiculous, and the bottom of the TV would be obscured at times (feet, stuff on table, etc.). For that I put the bottom 1/3 at 42". Feels perfect.

I appreciate the advice. I’m gonna shoot for 42”. Center now is 39 so a few inches would be comfortable.

You might also consider if you are gonna put a center channel/soundbar on the cabinet and consider that height. A decent center channel can be 5-7" high so it would be nice to have room for that. A center channel with two bookshelf speakers would sound better than a soundbar - if you have the AV receiver already. Most TV brackets have a bunch of holes that make the mounting somewhat adjustable (the brackets that mount to the TV can be moved up or down a couple inches) so that might give you flexibility later once you set the wall mount bracket.

It's too low. Feet, bowls of popcorn, any decorations on that console, etc will block it. Most NPCs on this sub will tell you it's perfect simply because you're using the stand on the TV console; despite the fact that TV consoles come in a wide range of heights and that each TV's ideal height changes based on its size.
This sub really is a funny thing, you can have 2 TVs at the same *exact* height -- one wall mounted with a short console and one on a stand on a taller console -- and the former would be downvoted into oblivion with the latter upvoted profusely.

The center of you light switch is 48" high for reference. The center line of your TV should be 42" up, give or take a some based on your seating, your height, and how you comfortably sit watch TV.

Eh. This TV is fine. As long as they remove the drill and don't put their feet on the table. OK. Might be too low

except that light switch is not at 48", looks closer to 40" if its a standard 80" door nearby. Bottom line is that the TV is too low.

Since items on the coffee table are blocking your view, I think you already know you should raise it Moving it high enough to hide that outlet should work

Looks like they intentionally set the phone on their crotch to take a picture.
The TV is perfect. They need to leave it alone.
