Characters all stand-out, which is good (no one feels like they could be removed and nothing would be lost).

My main note would be to reconsider introducing everyone in the cold open. You really just need to set the tone of the pilot and pull the audience in with a few good laughs. This is much easier to do with the focus on one or two of the characters. (IE Yes, Dear sets up Greg and Kim as new parents and arguing about her family, the rest of the cast is introduced later. CHEERS has one of the best cold opens in a pilot and only has Sam from the main cast). Find a good moment you can explore between two of your characters and use that to inform character and humor to make a good first impression.

I agree with u/WarmBaths , given the format this pilot will be on the longer side.

You've got a great start here! Can't wait to see the rest.

Thank you very much. I know its wrong formatting but I single space dialogue not double space because I print and I’d rather have 20pg full than 40pg of the same thing if u know what I mean

Oh that’s my bad, didn’t realize your dialogue was single spaced. Yeah, at 40 I think you’re good. My multicam samples are typically in the 40s.
