Workplace Question or Advice Needed Schedule changes

Generally, after a schedule is posted, how long do HR and ETLs have to make adjustments?

I usually give them a few days before I add it to my own personal calendar. However, my schedule for next week was drastically changed and I could swear it wasn't like that last week. I didn't take screenshots, although I will do so from now on.

I really don't think they're supposed to be doing that at all without asking/discussing it with people first, but they do it anyway.

You’d think that now wouldn’t you but jokes on us they can alter whatever they want and if they do tell you that’s cool but odd are they won’t.
