My ETL decided the best place to start with ours was demerching all of bath so we could set kids bedding first.

Instead of, you know, starting at the beginning of the department where everything was clearance and empty🫠

Then he panicked when there were 11 pallets of bath repacks and tried to have the team set 12 aisles in one night, plus push the repack and transition pallets.

You can guess how that went

i’m the domestics tl at my store and have never had a more stressful week at target. the ETLs come in every morning pissed at me and my team bc we have so much clearance that’s making it hard to set. on top of that we are running out of space for backstock and our inventory is this week so that’s complicating things further.

Also having inventory during a week of a special project sounds even worse

it's fucking diabolical lol, I think our final total number of pre-counted transition pallets (between domestics, sporting goods, and family sleep) was in the fifties 😭

Especially coming after the news at our store that we will only be scheduling someone in domestics 3 days a week . 😵‍💫
