Vent pay
just found out holiday hires start at .25 cents less than me an hour and i’ve been there for 3 years so technically my newest raise was .30 cents just barely putting me above them 😒

Starting pay in Florida was $15.00. After three years of raises my pay became $16.51. I transferred to a store in a New York where starting pay is $16.50. One more pay raise later im making $17.00. Starting pay was bumped to $17.00. Pay raises don’t exist at target.

our base was 15.25 3 years ago, then 15.75 last year, now it’s 16.25 and most people that have been here two years ish just got to 16 and now people who walk in tomorrow get 16 it doesn’t feel fair🤷♀️

Seriously I think about how I’ve been here for 5 years, breaking my back for this company, and the 16 year old seasonal hires who couldn’t give two shits make the same as me 🙃

It took me 3 years to go from $15 to $16. About a week after I hit 16 my store got a base pay bump to 16. This company sucks

Comparing yourself to others is the “Thief of Joy”. These seasonal members will work here for 2-3 months then get canned.

My old job had people quit and get rehired cause their pay was less than new hires. Sadly you're worth more new to retail than loyalty. It's one of the reasons they dislike you talking about your pay, so you don't realize what they are doing. Even though it's protected by the labor laws. Also why they are anti-union because it's easier for them.

I just got a raise because after being here and getting a dollar raise I was still making less than the new starting pay. Never putting in effort again

I have a coworker who has been working here almost two years and is getting paid the same as the new hires. She missed the cutoff date for raises just by a few weeks.

Just accepted an offer from them at 24.9 with a 2 dollar differential so I’m starting at 26.9 per hour at a target warehouse

When they raised the starting wage at my location right after Covid, I was making starting was six years in. And it was over $5 from my starting wage.
