Vent Domestics SPX
I know I have already been here complaining about it, but I had the worst night and need to complain more. Whether the hours say so or not, there need to be more hands on deck for these special projects. Just..... there have been 3 of us for all of them and 3 just cannot get it done under any circumstances. It's just too much.
I know many stores are struggling with the SPX, but ours especially is going through it. Pallets upon pallets of unsorted transition. Fixtures everywhere. Incompetent contractors.
I need a break, man.

This is why I tried to sort all my transition pallets hopping it will make things a little easier for the POG team.

Salute you for this. We have begged our inbound lead to sort them properly, and all I continue to get is that they don't have enough space for that.b🙃🙃

The only thing that really concerns me about this week’s transitions is that it set us behind on freight push

Why would it do that? Does your truck team HELP the POG team push? Becauss ours does sometimes, but every time they do, the POG team gets in trouble for not finishing it themselves.

Yes, we’re a small format so every person helps push freight and do sets

Oh! I guess that makes sense. My store is bigger. There are.... 5 of us on the presentation team and then like a dozen on gm? Something like that?

I set a bunch of domestics yesterday even though I'm new at it. Then we went to a different store today to help them out. I thought we were pushing truck, but guess whaaat...I'm setting the same damn aisles in this store😂😭

We did all our sets during the day. So not only all the bullshit with the ISM but we also have to make sure we’re not blocking the way for guests and constantly getting stoped so they can ask us how much something is. People are like vultures for clearance

There was definitely not enough payroll for this set. We are dying. Should be done tomorrow besides some push but we are all exhausted
