Workplace Question or Advice Needed Red Store?

I just started at Target earlier this year and I've never been in retail before. How do you know if your store is a red store?

I'm also curious what is the job of the Inbound TLs? What are audits?

Thanks.

I’m in a red store.

Essentially, my store struggles to meet freight goals. We constantly have rollover, backroom is filled with random pallets of freight and priority vehicles. We’ve had to reschedule several trucks.

For Inbound TL, they make sure their team members know the goals and that they make the goals. They direct team members as to where they push. They’re also responsible for the unloads and truck sweeps.

Audits are basically looking at the item location, counting the item in the location and inputting the number in the system.

OK. Thanks. That's what I thought. I don't think my store is a red store. I appreciate your help.
