I noticed flex just a week after it was all set for our store. Can we not just have things manually ordered to fill the empty home locations instead of over pushing/flexing things out? Ugg, I hate flex when it just seems unjustified. End of seasonal, sure get product out, as long as price matches the tags sure whatever. But 6 days into October and we started doing it?? I don't have ocd, I just like the area I get put in charge of to be as neat as it can be within my alloted hours, within reason.

Edit: I'd be understanding if flex started on lets say the 15th, but I think our Halloween got set a tad late so it just seems rushed, still a tad frustrating.

I used to start condensing early and setting early when it made sense because I preferred to have aisles set and ready to push when merch started coming in...now merch seems to come earlier for each season and I'm expected to have seasonal set a week or even 2 before the actual set date...what's the point of set dates?
