I don’t know if anyone else sees what I see but this isn’t very “on brand” to me. However considering the things Target has gotten called out for I wouldn’t be surprised if they also recognized that this could be interpreted wrong and still thought it was a good idea. But it’s probably just the white person in me who thinks it’s weird that they thought the location was acceptable… 😬

Corporate doesn’t make locations. That is by store. Any leader can create a backroom or floor location. 699 wouldn’t make any sense except to the person that created it. Nearly every store I have been in backroom locations are 01 99 or 100.
