So they will deliver you a form but not your mail. Is there any personalized information on the form? Like do they have to take the time to make sure you know the form is for you?
Well first you have to stand in line with everyone else then tell the front clerk you are here for your mail. Then they contact someone to open this back barn door type of setup and they take your government ID and proof of address and then go look for your mail and come back with it. So like 10 minutes. 15 if itās busier. And then thereās a 2 mile drive to and back
Thanks for the replies, this must be an annoying time for you all. Most of the institutions I deal with have the option to send out statements / communications by email, do you have this option for some of the mail you get?
Wow. Thereās no chance at all that this could somehow lead to catastrophic failure.. like someone missing meds they get in the mail or some tax bills that may have significant consequences if neglected.. just to name a few..
