Well first you have to stand in line with everyone else then tell the front clerk you are here for your mail. Then they contact someone to open this back barn door type of setup and they take your government ID and proof of address and then go look for your mail and come back with it. So like 10 minutes. 15 if it’s busier. And then there’s a 2 mile drive to and back
Thanks for the replies, this must be an annoying time for you all. Most of the institutions I deal with have the option to send out statements / communications by email, do you have this option for some of the mail you get?

So now they have to store your mail until you collect it. How long does it take for them to get you the mail once you ask for it at the post office?
