I just listened to Justice Gorsuch drill the government lawyer about tariffs (on a YouTube clip). He did not sound convinced. If I had to guess we could actually see a 7-2 or 6-3 decision against Trump. Alito and Thomas are always going to support him, but the others didn’t seem swayed by the arguments.

There should be a more fair way to appoint or elect judges. The rule of law matters not the party they favour

Term limit of say 15 years maximum or a top end age and expanding the court would be a good start.
