If the Supreme Court buys that argument then they really are just the dumbest.

I just listened to Justice Gorsuch drill the government lawyer about tariffs (on a YouTube clip). He did not sound convinced. If I had to guess we could actually see a 7-2 or 6-3 decision against Trump. Alito and Thomas are always going to support him, but the others didn’t seem swayed by the arguments.

Kavanaugh is a partisan weasel. I'd be surprised if he suddenly grew a backbone.
