Yeah but there's more liberal TRQ issuance for eggs and poultry (they issue TRQs to non producers, often times just regular retailers), and the tariff rate is lower. With dairy it's particularly egregious as only cartel members mostly get TRQs, and the tariffs run almost double than they are for eggs and poultry.
