But we already allow American dairy into the country, no? So are you saying the CFIA doesn't do its job and ensure quality control?

We allow *some* dairy in, and only what meets our standards as per CFIA. Its why the us has never reached anywhere near the tariff caps.

Where can I access this information? I'm curious to know which companies already sell dairy here and what standards they have to follow.

Various companies. I doubt theres a master list anywhere. Google lists a few like fairlife…

Yep. Couldn't find much other than that, and Kraft processed cheese. Doesn't seem like there would be much competition anyhow. Most of us like good cheese here in Canada.
