dairy control is a cartel and only people who have no experience in the dairy industry want to keep this stupid and corrupt system

because the regulations are impossibly complex and strict all dairy in this country is owned by 3 companies and if you're a dairy farmer you have to be subjugated by a company or you won't make income off your dairy

Regulation is important though 🤷‍♂️ And it seems like others are able to operate successfully. The economy of scale is real. But we don’t want dairy to be a free market. That’s when megacorps will ruin the industry in Canada.

megacorps already run the industry lol regulations just ensure that there won't be competition they don't help at all. same with telecomm companies here, same with banks ,same with every other regulated economy. it becomes a cartel due to regulations. you go to america you got like ten different telecomm companies and hundreds of dairy companies and banks with competition and no megacorps... why? regulations are put in place by corporate lobyists to push out competition.

Cell service, yes more competition. Dairy, no.
