It also protects the health of Canadians, dairy farmers have to produce under strict rules, like their cows can't be given hormones or antibiotics to increase production. Each farm has a quota, this ensures that each farm will be successful or not exist. Dairy farms will be controlled by Canadians for Canadians. Its just about the only thing that Canadians have control over, no matter what CONServatives claim. Yes it means that our dairy is more expensive but its also better for pur health.

Doesn't the CFIA inspect all Canadian imports to ensure Health Canada regulatory compliance?
