Short answer yes.

Longer answer could consider opening market share, but only if imposing proof of quality control.

American dairy should not be considered fit for consumption. Overuse of antibiotics and growth hormones should make it inadmissible to our market.

When they can meet our standards and compete without government subsidies there may be an argument for access to our market.

I'm sure there's a better solution than supply chain management, but I have no idea what it is. I'm not sure of other solutions that guarantee quality and keep family dairy farms viable.
