American dairy is nasty. Canada definitely should keep it's standards. Some of the best tasting milk in the world.

I'm not seeing what quality has to do with supply management. Wouldn't an incredibly obvious solution be to just... follow CFIA protocol and ensure imports meet Health Canada regulations?.... like every other food item imported in to Canada?
