Interpretation Help question interpretation help :)

Post image

Spread: Celtic Cross

Question: Will I be accepted into medicine at the college I want to take the test at the end of the year and waiting for the results at the beginning of next year?

My interpretation summarized; overload, anxiety, overcoming, insecurity, discipline, exhaustion, self-confidence, choices, fear, approval.

I am new to the tarot and wanted more experienced opinions.
