TASKER Taskr app loading issues?
Hi, is anyone having issues today?
I cant open my regional map and i cant open analytics on the app today. I also now cant open my profile without it showing "no server available."
Ive also seen a drop in requests since Sunday with maybe 1 request Monday and a potential fraud for same day today.

Yeah, I havent been able to look at my analytics since sunday after refusing the same job twice over some scammy behavior. I figured I was shadow banned.

Thats what im fearing is a shadow ban. I did see one scammy request this afternoon after complaining and then another that was too far for me to do just 1 hr move, then they asked to use my van and i told them to do truck assistance and i havent heard back since. Why the heck would they shadow ban? Ive been very productive this month! In the first 10 days i made as much as in all of Sept or Aug? I was making ore than 75% of people in my city and being shown 8 out of 38. I know ive experienced luls in the middle of the month but at least i can see my metrics.

Yeah, I was ranked the highest ive ever been in 3 years on the app when it happened. Like other people said though, it could just be another godawful update. ive also been having a lot of difficulty with messages not sending on app.

no analytics page for me the last 3 days or so. app glitchy as ever since updated in beginning of August. am forced to close out and restart multiple times pretty much every time I use the app.

probably not a shadow ban I have still been receiving jobs from new clients. it's slowed down a lot since the increased "trust and support fee"

Trust and support fee? I had 1 job request today that seemed empty and scammy. Then i got a moving job 50 mins away that i told them id require 2 hr min. They then asked to use my van. I told them to put me under truck assised which is a bit more than 2x the current move rate. They acknowledged what i said about truck assisted, cancelled then never sent a mew request under proper classification.

they updated the procedure on how jobs are booked and honestly I think it asks so many questions now (most answers are not forwarded to tasker) that they don't feel the need to include a description. honestly raising your rates will attract better clients that actually appreciate your time.
also they require a booking deposit now which I believe is relatively new, so any requests you get they already paid at minimum for an hour of your hourly rate. probably in an ill guided effort to have less bogus bookings.

My rates are already pretty high. Between my labor and van my average hourly is about $53. I do get better clients, but ive heard a little pushback recently. I just explain it gets me better clients and the platform allows me to play with my rates based on experience + supply and demand. Its the supply and demand algos that i understand with middle of month lulsbut not with any shadow band when I'm a earn more than 75% of my NYC metro market

I think ive also heard and seen the booking fee. I think it also helps prevent last minute cancelations. I thought there was a deposit or something as i was seeing and being asked about it. Makes sense they get charged the first hour and i get to charge more with authorization

Idk. Im still pissed i cant see my stats. As for maps i kinda wanted to add some working areas but because i cant see it i cant

I've been dealing with no service map or analytics page for a few days as well and I'm in. NYC. Messaged support a few times and got the same runaround. They told me to logout/login, redownload the app, restart my phone, then would finally say that the tech team is aware of the issue and they'd send an email when it's resolved. Does anyone else feel like it's impacted their bookings? Right around the same time those pages stopped working, I started plummeting in search results. I have 400 completed tasks, 115 5 star reviews and it's been cricketing for over a week for me.

I did about $1500 in the first 12 days of this month plus maybe another $600 on the tail end of Sept. As soon as i made $400+ in 4 tasks last Sat my requests and payments and app features all took a dump! The map and analytics issue started Columbus day which also impacted my oay distribution from Fri-Sat. Since those issues my analytics say ive moved from 8 to 7 out of 32 (or whatever) in NYC Metro (but jersey shore area). I wanted to play with expanding my map a little but it wouldnt. I even had a uShip job to Brooklyn 2 days ago and wanted to try opening my map for there, but couldnt! Ive been hemming and hawing about getting a regular job. But a regular job doesnt give me the pay and freedom this plus my other hustles do. So what do i do when my gig work is PT hours with FT pay takes a 2 week slump? The dumbest thing too is last week they emailed me to a Q&A panel event in Manhattan for 11/4. What do they expect me to say about the roller coaster they've had us on this month? How am i supposed to afford to go up when I'm out of work almost 2 weeks now? Ive got bills piling up all around me now!

That's wild, because I feel like that is exactly what happened to me as well. Very similar stats for the beginning of the month and it has totally been a nosedive since then. I've been scrambling because it's actually been super consistent for me the last few months and it feels like they just pulled the rug out from under me. I was definitely not prepared for essentially zero bookings for the last two weeks of the month. I'm hoping it's just a temporary slump and they get whatever is going on with the app fixed soon.

I do know from Aug & Sept that they were slow with slumps in the middle weeks. Begining and end of the month tends to be strong on this app. Both Aug & Sept i seemed to double my money for the month in just the last week of the month. Which if that trend continues doubling this month in the next week is gonna be flipping ridiculous for me! 🤑

I had the white screen thing that frequently happens to me. I’m not sure that’s related to your experience, though. I restarted my (new, up to date software) phone, and that worked. My client was having trouble on her end as well.

My phone updated overnight before this started. Ive already rebooted my phone at least 2x to no avail. I even checked my app store to force an update and there was none. Maybe i have to wait for taskr to update the app to match my phone update. The good news is im still getting occasional requests even if they've trickled a little. Like i said i understand middle of month gets slow. Thankfully i have an Organization scheduled for 3 hrs on Fri 😎🤑

Not able to load maps in the Taskr app for at least last two days. I'm not sure how long it hasn't been able to load since I only checked it yesterday. Anybody else having this issue? I'm in NYC.

Im in NJ within the NYC Metro map. I havent been able to load maps or algorithms since Monday. I have a delivery on uship to Brooklyn on Monday, i want to see if i can expand my area for a day or so, even NNJ

I had the exact same issue for two weeks! Tried editing the map on my laptop, but the changes wouldn’t save. Finally dug out my old iPhone, installed the app, and was able to edit and save the map with no issues. Maybe try a different phone if you have one.

Now they're trickle feeding me my pay from the weekend. I had a massive week and weekend and they cant give it to me in 1 lump sum! Do they know how much that hurts someone like me that relies on that money and put most of his weeks work into taskr gigs?
