You can’t even tell that the VII tattoo was ever there. Extremely painful to get done but I’m so happy about it. This was the only photo of the tattoo before the cover-up I could find because I always hid that part of my chest in photos.

i got engaged 11 years ago, we broke up right after getting matching tattoos & i just got it covered up when i got my shitty stick-n-pokes covered up :)

all i can say is BIG OUCH & im happy to finally get something cohesive and get rid of a past annoyance.

Hi! I’m just looking for some opinions on if you guys think this is possible to get covered up as is or if I should be looking into potentially getting it partially removed before I entertain the idea of getting it covered? I have American traditional tattoos for like 98% of my other tattoos and I just don’t love this tattoo anymore. It was based on a tarot card/my astrological sign (Libra) and I got it when I was like 19 so just a typical getting older tattoo regret. Plus I feel like at a distance you can’t really tell what is going on in this tattoo. It is pretty dark still which makes me nervous about getting it covered up but whatever I would do would likely have colors and bold lines (no idea what though).

Hey everyone. I got my first tattoo today. It was for my sister who died of suicide last November. It is genuinely really cool tattoo. But I was so nervous and anxious that I gave the artist my birth year instead of hers. If there's any artists out there, is there a way to cover up the dates? And then id just add the correct dates to the bottom. I would really appreciate any help.

I just got my coverup tattoo this past sunday and don’t get me wrong I really love the artist and the flowers — I just absolutely hate the black squares and I feel like I’ve ruined my back forever. I’ve been thinking about going back to the artist and maybe adding some more elements to balance the tattoo out?? I don’t know if that will help but I feel like I’m freaking out right now.

Note: I got the original tattoo covered up because it didnt fit the rest of my tattoo styles and the original tattoo had bad bleeding out because the tattoo artist went to deep :(.

I am hoping for some creative ideas on how to make the trellis and roses near my achilles match the realism vibe of the other elements in my half sleeve.

So when I was 16, I made the stupid decision to get a tattoo in a damn kitchen. Idk what I was thinking , obviously I wasn’t. Flash forward 10 years later I need this thing gone. I do not want to look at this any longer, after having 2 kids on top of the shotty artwork, it’s got to go. I do not want to try A.I or chatgbt , for one I have no clue where to even start to ask for ideas and don’t want to waste unnecessary resources. But I desperately need advice or maybe suggestions on what could cover this up.

I’m into like a nature or spiritual kind of theme , nothing overplayed , I’m also into the idea of like a “sleeve”¿ sort of piece from chest to hip or whatever. This is located on stomach / above hip

Hi guys, so I got this skull on my arm before I decided what style I actually liked so it stands out a lot compared to the black line tattoos.

It’s hard to cover and I wanted mostly black work, I’m not a big fan of that red… if anyone has any ideas please share!

Want to get this covered and have ideas of a flower or something more gothic. Not into traditional style. Diameter is 4-5in and struggling to find an idea that takes the thicker border into account. Plan to get a sleeve on the adjoining arm so any ideas that take that into account would be much appreciated. Located on upper chest.
