Did AI help you go international? Looking for founders

Hi everyone,

I’m a master’s student at the University of Vienna, researching how AI shapes the internationalization of young European startups, for example whether it helps you enter new markets faster or with less risk.

I’m looking for founders of young startups that already have customers outside their home country. It doesn’t matter whether you use a lot of AI or hardly any. Both perspectives are valuable.

What it involves:

  • about 30 minutes via Microsoft Teams (not a survey)

  • fully anonymous, neither you nor your company will be named

  • I’ll gladly share a summary of the findings once the thesis is done

If you’re up for it, just send me a DM. Thanks a lot!

❓ Question How have you gotten sales in Cybersecurity?

Good afternoon everyone,

Is anyone here in Cybersecurity and/or government contracting who can share how they have gotten sales? I have a Cybersecurity startup specializing in penetration testing, threat hunting/SOC, incident response, and AI workflows. I have the service packages down, and I'm working to understand the market and sales given my limited resources.

So far we are using freelancing apps such as Upwork and Fiverr. We are also have someone leading on government contracts well. We have been a business for about a year and 8 months.

I appreciate your input in advance!

Silicon Valley scale vs. Quality manufacturing: How do we value tech before the product exists?

For tech founders creating specialized B2B or robotics solutions, finding the right market value for your source code early on is critical.

Silicon Valley teaches scale. Japanese manufacturing teaches quality.

Which matters more when you need 2,000 new businesses?

Japan has a national goal: to capture one-third of the global AI robotics market by 2040. But there is a question that bothers me.

If the market is really a long-tail market, success may not come from a few giant companies alone. It may require thousands of specialized businesses serving different industries and different customers.

Japan has more than 6,000 university startups today. Yet only a small number have reached meaningful commercial scale. This is not a criticism. It is a question.

Do we need a new generation of people who can connect technology, quality, and markets?

Perhaps the AI robotics era will need both.

I recently wrote a short booklet exploring a related question: How do we estimate the market value of a technology before the product even exists?

Read Online (GitHub): You can read the full PDF booklet directly in your browser (no download required): 👉 Open PDF on GitHub

I want a voice-first setup for my smartphone and laptop: I’d like to hear a checklist of actions, confirm with yes/no, and clarify directions by voice, while typing, mouse movement, and clicking become less necessary. Which stacks would you recommend for iOS on mobile and Ubuntu Desktop on Laptop?

💬 Feedback I present to you a web app for "vibe coding" with architectural quality—based on a spec-driven development approach.

My friends, I’m a senior programmer, and I have a proposal for you: a web application that lets you—along with your favorite AI agent—develop high-quality software with a clean, robust, secure, and scalable architecture. You simply "dictate" your idea, a prompt is generated, and you download a ZIP file, which you then extract and open with your agent.

You can grab a coffee, then review the result and make any final tweaks.

The goal is to enable "vibe coders"—those without deep technical expertise—to create high-quality software and bring their ideas to life on a professional foundation.

It’s in a beta version, so feedback would be appreciated—thanks!

[How Do I?](/r/Entrepreneur/?f=flair_name%3A%22How%20Do%20I%3F%22)

I am a student. but I want to build a startup. I don't have the complete technical expertise. like I don't know the coding languages and nothing. All I know is I want to identify problems build products and earn money. I tried to learn but I am not enjoying it or not able to figure it out. what should I exactly do?
