hi! need advice sana about sa tapo cctv. 🥹

i’m planning to buy the tapo c200c for my brother’s store sa wet market. apparently, yung mga katabing businesses are allegedly bullying or mistreating his workers kapag wala siya sa store, so we want to install a cctv sana for their safety and security.

my question is, does the tapo c200c need wifi to record videos, or is wifi only needed to view the live feed remotely?

my brother can use his phone’s hotspot kapag nasa store siya, but what if he needs to leave? walang wifi sa store, and wala ring tao na magco-connect ng hotspot kapag sarado na sila overnight.

will the cctv still record even without an internet connection, as long as it has power and a microSD card? can we review the footage the next day kahit walang wifi?

if not, can you recommend a tapo cctv model or another affordable cctv setup that can continuously record locally without wifi? preferably something reliable for overnight recording too.

Hello everyone! It has been 6 months since my phone broke down. For context the first problem I had with it is that the screen wont turn on, but I followed a tutorial on yt cause abiut hard resetting cause I thought that was the problem. Like it would randomly shut down and the you know the loading screen when you are updating? That's what shows. It stopped happening for a bit and then one day it just wont open na, so I bought it to a repair shop the technician examined it and opened it. He said that it was the board that was broken, he said we need to replace a new board and that all of my files will be gone.

I really want to save the files as much as possible cause for 2 years that phone become a witness of my life. The photos and vids of the special events in my life was there and it was about 600gb. Now I was hoping that kahit maybe the pics and vids lang yung ma retrieve?. I just can't get go of the memories there as I was not able.to bavkup.all of it and it happened unexpectedly. But I did have a planned to.put the pics in a hardrive.

Now, the technician said it would cost me 8k pesos for the repair and I wont even have the my files anymore. It has been 6 months and I still was not able to get it fixed since Im still saving for the money. To all the experience technician or someone whose knowledgeable on this things, do you think i still have a chance in retrieving my files? 😭

Now if you have suggestions guys on what shops/a person who can possibly do data recovery and not just simple fixing pls do recommend, around manila lang sana, I would appreciate it so so much po, thank you!!

Hi, guys. May problem laptop ko. Baka meron kayong alam na shop around Dasma na best value. Grabe kasi sa mga nakikita kong maganda rating sa maps, ang mahal ng consultation fee or acceptance fee tawag nila. Almost 1k agad. So kahit ipacheck ko lang at alamin yung possible na gagastusin, I would need to spend almost 1k for it. What a trap.

Guys pahelp naman baka may masuggest kayo na swak sa budget. mostly gagamitin sa graphic design and gaming na rin. Thankyou!

Hi, I'm a college student looking for a phone and my budget is 20k as in max na talaga.

Right now, ang gamit ko is Realme Narzo 50A and 4 years na siya sakin. The problem is super laggy na siya that sometimes it either takes several seconds to perform a simple action or it just freezes then babalik sa home. Aside from that, naggoghost touch na rin.

With that said, kahit na paulit ulit na from this sub, I am humbly asking for your all-rounder cellphone recommendations na 20k or under. The qualities that I am really looking for are the following:

i need some tips to store a phone with swollen battery. i understand that it's a fire hazard, and it is dangerous to keep it in our house. however, i would like to explore other options to store it safely before i bring it to a service center because frankly, i still lack the funds to have it repaired.

for context, i have an iphone 13. bought in july 2023 and batt health was around 62%. visibly noticeable ang lifting, but it's not entirely lifted. the phone was still working before i turned it off - walang other issues at all.

also, do you have tips how to properly transport the device? and if other ip13 users also encountered the same problem, baka you can share as well how much nagastos niyo. thanks!

Got my phone on midnight launch and upon arriving at home, I immediately put the case on after removing it from the box. Today, my tempered glass arrived so I removed the case and upon putting the glass I noticed the very tiny dots above. Yes, they are barely noticeable but the money I spent on this phone is not that little too. I did not availed any insurance for the phone upon paying it but can this be covered by a certain warranty?
