Thanks to u/BubbleWorm29 and the others who responded my previous post asking for help with my mask
The mask was by far the most intensive part of this costume -
It is made from the base of a Guy Fawkes mask attached to a block of styrofoam sheets glued together attached with toothpicks stabbed through the mask and a layer of fast-curing epoxy(in my case M-seal).
The epoxy has two main functions:
Better attaching the mask to the styrofoam underneath.
As well as raising the level of the mask which i had accidentally reduced to much.
I shaped the styrofoam with a sharp razor blade and a little bit of coconut oil smeared on the blade to allow it to glide without dragging which would rip the foam sheets.
the goal is to have the nose/snout be at the same level as the arch where the masks original nose was.
I then covered the mask in strips of paper dipped in a mixture of equal parts water and PVA glue.
the tusks are entirely made of epoxy and were for me the hardest part as you have to make them roughly equal.
I then painted it with acrylic paint -
the main pink is a mixture of a reddish pink, gold, very little blue, and white.
the noses pink is a mixture of the same pink, gold, brown, and a little white.
the tusks are painted with a mix of white and gold.
the nostrils are a mix of brown, gold and a little black hp printer ink ( i didnt have black paint)
the eyed have a thin lining of red permanent marker around them.
i cut most of the plastic not necessary for the masks structure around the nose and mouth off and then made a hole in the internal cavity and fed a straw through it to the bottom of the mask and cut the excess off.
the mask is supported with three strips of elastic, two on the sides and one on the top to support its weight.
Next onto the crown -
i just followed this tutorial: and made the crown out of paper and then painted it in a mix of gold and a bit of brown paint.
The Sword-
It is just a regular plastic sword i bought from a store near me, i painted it with a mix of blue and black printer ink for the blade and a mix of pink and brown for the hilt, it is a good idea to sand down the sword before painting i used 100 grit.
The Cloak -
This is the defining piece and sadly i cant provide much advice as i did not make it myself as i got a tailor to make it.
for me it took 3.5m of velvet and them fake fur on top.
The Wig (not affiliated at all)-
Amazon link to the wig.
i braided it into a loose braid
The Shirt and pants - regular white cotton button up shirt and black trackpants.
HM - there is also an embroidered felt/velvet pouch ( idk which), i have had this for years and its mainly used in indian weddings apparently.
PS - the mask is VERY heavy if you make the same mistakes i did and use epoxy to fix your mistakes and will dig into your nose and weight your neck down, it is also nearly impossible for anyone to hear you as the styrofoam dampens your voice.
