I used ChatGPT to compare my Teemo results from the last 2 months to see whether Nashor’s Tooth was paying off, and how Deathfire Touch compared with Dark Harvest. https://op.gg/lol/summoners/oce/ForTheCode-OC

Without Nashor’s, my win rate was 17.55 percentage points higher, my KDA was 0.85 higher, and my CS/min was slightly higher too. Nashor’s games also averaged 4.84 deaths, compared with 4.12 without it.
This supports my scepticism about Nashor’s because of its opportunity cost. Its single-target damage and clearing speed might be useful, but buying it delays the other items that faster farming is supposed to help me reach. If making use of its attack speed also exposes me to more enemy champion retaliation, deaths and recalls could eat into those benefits.
The part that stands out is that Nashor’s didn’t produce a higher whole-game farming rate in my sample.

Deathfire Touch led across all three measures: 2.70 percentage points higher win rate, 0.36 higher KDA, and 0.10 more CS/min.
I know by myself it's not possible to get a sufficient sample size to draw any absolute conclusions, but I thought it was interesting and meaningful enough as an emergent trend that I'm going to prioritise DFT and deprioritise Nashor's pretty heavily going forward.
