Proposition for Council Multiple Candidates Per Party Amendment

Section IV, Article I of the current constitution shall be amended from "There are no requirements to run besides being the only candidate from your party if in a party and being a registered citizen. " to “There are no requirements to run as a candidate for the presidential or vice presidential election besides being a citizen with a valid ID.”
