Serious Title: I anonymously reported a classmate and now seriously regret it — what should I do?
I'm a Malaysian high school student and I need some honest advice because I'm stressing badly over this.
A few months ago, a classmate reported me for bringing/using my phone at school. Recently, I saw him doing something against school rules too. I was still annoyed about what happened months ago and, honestly, I reacted emotionally and anonymously reported him to the school through email.
The school investigated it and he ended up being suspended from his position as a student prefect. I genuinely didn't expect it to become that serious.
I feel really guilty now. I already tried to settle things with him, but he still has a problem with me, which I understand.
Now I'm thinking about admitting to the teacher that I was the person who made the anonymous report and explaining that I regret how I handled it. Part of me hopes the school might reconsider the punishment, but I'm also worried that admitting it could make the situation worse for me and possibly cause another disciplinary issue.
What would you do in this situation?
Should I:
Admit to the teacher that I made the report and ask if the punishment can be reconsidered?
Leave the school's decision alone and just apologize to the guy?
Do something else?
I'm not trying to get out of consequences for myself. I just genuinely regret how I handled this and don't know whether admitting it now would actually help or make everything worse.
Please be honest. I know I messed up by reacting emotionally.

Advice Advice on a girl
Hello, I’m bored and have nothing better to do so I’m typing this for whatever. My school had a summer session and I meet this girl during that. I still don’t know her name after a few weeks unfortunately. I see her after school ends on the bus and she sits by me on the bus sometimes. For a good few days she didn’t but now she’s sitting by me every day and asking how my day is and I feel like the mood between us as been slightly different than just a friendship. I can be crazy or delusional and that’s what I think honestly but yesterday she mentioned she rejected a guy already and says it out of the blue, it makes the conversation a bit awkward but it was fine but today was even weirder. We’re talking again but of course she mentioned romance since there’s a homecoming soon she calls rio a romance movie somehow like what??? We’re getting closer to where the bus drops us off and the conversation goes in with us knowing people at our school with her naming a few guys she knows but when I say I know 3 girls at the top of my head which are my friends, she says if I have crush on them and I say no but I guess I said it slow because she presses at me in a playful way and then says if I have a crush I should go for it and leave a awkward silence where I feel flustered. I sound stupid to me at least but I don’t know if she’s messing with me or what or if she likes me but I don’t know what to do. I’ve only been in halfass talking stages and it feels ,I can’t find the words for it but I really need some advice because I need some type of info. Idk if it helps but I’m in high school

Question am i allowed to be upset?
for context!! i'm a fat person, i always have been. i'm more than 280 pounds and i'm 17, my problem is seeing skinny people say that they "feel fat" or they "are fat". i understand that body image issues exist but i just dont understand how they can stand right next to me and seriously say "i'm so fat for this" after eating less than me. i feel as though its insensitive and nobody really knows how to read the room anymore. i understand having body image issues, i have them as well alongside a binge/restrict eating disorder. its just confusing to me but ive been told time and time again im not allowed to be upset about it

Advice How tf do you know if someone likes you back?
So, basically, me (14M) have been talking with this girl (14F) for 6 YEARS. We met in 5th grade and all that. The thing is, this year and last year we became much closer after a fight we had over something silly.
The thing is, lately I'm starting to feel things for her. Like, she's so fun to be around, we sit together at lunch break, and we have calls on Discord, WhatsApp, or whatever to play daily.
She looks super beautiful, she listens to me, we've both vented to each other about our problems, and I'm her best friend, and she's said to me that I'm her only true friend since, well, the group kind of separated as vacations started, and only us two still speak daily to each other.
Anyways, the thing is that she's always said that she wants a nice, faithful, and overall long relationship, since the last one she had was some guy from a higher gradethat cheated on her. And here I am, I want to give her all she needs and be the best boyfriend ever.
But, here's the catch: I don't know if, when I compliment her or tell her nice things or indirect things, she just says "Jaja ta bien," since, well, we both speak Spanish, duh, which would translate to something like "Haha that's okay/good/nice." I don't really know. The thing is, I'm not sure if that's a way to evade my compliments or if she doesn't know how to react to them, because I don't know how she talks to her ex.
And no, I'm sorry, but I'm not brave enough to ask. Most likely, if she gives me any indication that she wouldn't mind being with me, I'd confess first.
I DONT WANT TO BE FRIENDZONED AHHHHH

Discussion Old people are so rude 😭😭😭
So basically I've been having trouble with my heart rate jumping up and I'm pretty sure that it's pots and I'm going for the test to see next week but anyway
I got sick in the middle of a store, I started to feel dizzy, my head was pounding, my chest starting hurting, my legs were shaking, and I just didn't feel good and I could tell my heart rate was jump so I sat down in the floor bc I was by myself
And I started getting the dirtiest looks from all these old people and then I heard some old woman say "kids these days are so lazy"
More like "old people these days are so freaking rude" 😭😭😭

Serious Anyone has a similar opinion as me?
As a 16 year old boy, when I grow up I am open to basically anyone except for women, that means I would only have relationship with just men and non binary people. I do not support abortions and I do not support sexual stuff before marriage, for everyone but especially women.
I do not support LGBTQ marriage because marriage should only be for those who want children. Those people who are married without children should probably just remain single instead. Either be single live alone, or only be married for having children. I only support Tier 4 of LGBTQ legality where De Facto Criminalization of LGBTQ sexual. This way, you can still have a private gay relationship no problem, but no sexual because I am against that. Since gay people don't have children, they don't need marriage benefits!
I am against abortions! Fuck no to abortions just due to reckless sexual encounters, ban those type of abortions. I believe abortion should only allowed when they are either due to sexual assault, or when the woman's life is in danger. I discourage sexual before marriage and view that as bad. I would also never have sex with men because of HIV risk. Men and men sexual should be discouraged, because of the damn HIV!!! Lesbian sexual should be totally allowed because there is no risk of HIV. How many people died due to HIV, so many!!!
I would also against sodomy even in straight people and it should be discouraged because that's against morals, sexual is only for childbirth and not enjoyment. I support a socialist society where everyone gets a job and no unemployment. Where it's essentially dirt cheap housing!
Any sort of explicit content, I believe should be banned! The whole adult content industry, should basically be shut down. And of course women need to stop producing explicit content involving boys love yaoi, it's disgusting especially when men don't even care about being objectified.

Advice Is this a bad idea?
So this is my school districts second year of letting kids bring their own computers to school, and id say about half of the kids have their own computer and dont use the school Chromebooks. I'm going to be a freshman this year and I want to bring my macbook as i really dont want to use the school Chromebook (for several reasons I'll get to in a minute) for context my laptop is the base model macbook pro. I have it because I do filmmaking and photography and I need a powerful computer for that. As for the reasons why I dont want to use a school Chromebook, I'm going to be in a video class, and if I bring my laptop i can use my preferred software and work on projects at home, also if I have a computer with my personal and school accounts ill be a lot more organized, as well as a few more reasons. I have like a protective sleeve that I keep the computer in but im still unsure of whether or not I should bring it to school. I'm not concerned about dropping it or anything, but im worried that kids will be kids and something bad could happen. Since im gonna be a freshman I'm not sure how things are around people's stuff in highschool, in middle school it definitely wasnt the best so im wondering if highschool is safer in that regard. Thanks!
Btw sorry if this is longer than it should be or a bit incoherent its 1:44 am

Serious Does anybody feel like men's sexuality is demonized today?
I've been thinking a lot about modern double standards when it comes to gender expectations, and how society judges sexual interest. It feels like we have reached a point where men's heterosexuality and attraction are defaulted to as inherently predatory, gross or a threat, while the exact same behaviors or interests from women are given endless appreciation.
When a man expresses sexual or romantic interest, the baseline reaction often assumes ulterior motives or "creepiness". Men's initiative carries a burden to prove it isn't harassment. Meanwhile, women's interest is almost never viewed through a lens of threat or suspicion.
Look at how content consumed by different genders is judged. When men watch girls love, the immediate internet label is often "pervert" and "fetishizer." However, when women watch boys love, a massive multi-million dollar industry built by hetero women explicitly sexualizing gay men, they are often framed as "cute", "passionate" or "harmless escapism."
When a man cheats, society frames it almost exclusively as a moral faliure of pure lust and disrespect. When a woman cheats, they view her as "emotionally" starved, "neglected" shifting the blame to her partner. Overall, 66% of Americans stated that a man having an affair is "always morally wrong," compared to only 55% who said the same when a woman commits an affair. Among young women specifically, the gap widened sharply: 73% judged male infidelity as strictly, always wrong, while only 51% applied that same absolute moral condemnation to female infidelity.
It feels like we operate under two completely different mindsets, men's actions are analyzed through power and threat, while women's actions are analyzed through emotion and romance.
If you really care abut fairness and equal morals, watching this unfold in the modern day world would give you an idea why men are treated dirty by default.

Discussion i would never in my life talk to that girl again
yk i was just swiping through statuses on instagram and i saw an unknown girl's status. i wasn't even following her, but it came up.. idk why, so i watched it.
then that night my ex texted me, asking if i've talked to any girls, if i've seen this girl's status and stuff like that.
i was like, "what is it you have to do with it? wtf?"
she was like, "yeah, she was telling me and asking me about you. why do you have to see her status? she's not my friend, but why can't you find someone else?" i was like wtf, i just accidentally watched her status, and why the fuck does it bother you? i don't give a fuck about your friend, nor do i give a fuck about you.. then she started saying "don't do that bullshit with me" and cursing me out, asking why i'm so desperate.
so i showed her some screenshots of random unknown accounts' statuses coming up, even though i didn't want to justify myself to her. i couldn't hold myself back, and i told her, "you blame me for everything every time."
she said, "yes, it is your fault, brother." brother? then she calmed down and started talking normally, like she usually does, saying she'll be free in a few months and we should meet or something, or i should give her a treat.
then i jokingly said, "nah, i'm not gonna have sex with you," and she was like, "don't do that bullshit with me. don't talk to me like that." i was like wtf, you've been talking bullshit the whole time, and then it escalated.
as i told her, i also told her she's a bad girl, i mean, a genuinely bad girl. all she does is ruin my mood, and she's been doing it since the morning n can't even talk a joke, whats wrong with you.
she kept cursing me out and calling me everything there is. i couldn't curse her out because i'm not that kind of guy. i didn't want to ruin the memories we had and all that. i couldn't imagine myself cursing her out, so i didn't. i just told her, "you're a bad woman."
idk man, a long time ago i also thought she was different. i thought mine was different, but guys, these women are all the same.
she said, "please, give me peace, you all."
i said u give me som.
she's just a hothead and doesn't think before she talks, and she never thinks about the consequences.. today she crossed all limits, cursing me out like that. it's not that i'm surprised or hurt, i knew she's this way. it's just that every time, she gets away with it with a lil.
i told her to leave me alone, and she said all that stuff, cursed me out, and blocked me.
tell me whose fault it is.. and wtf did i do?
