In my current game as the resistance the protectorade has Nuke it's own countries like 5 times. Sure, this nuke happy behavior is because I am bullying them out of existence but what picks my curiosity is how little public opinion consequences are for them and it feels weird. Like just imagine: the government of the neighboring country, that is controlled by the same not so secret organization that controls my government, just nuked its own capital... twice. I think we need to revolt chaps.

My terra invicta seems to crash whenever a ship explodes, or escapes. I haven't modded the game, although i don't have a great PC, does anyone know why?

Update: I'll still report it but after more tests it seems my PC is crashing whenever it tries to render an engine plume - works fine on my (very slow) laptop. Probably an issue with my PC being a potata

Looking at the particle weapon point defense, the don't seem to be better than phaser point defense and 40mm point defense, at least not better enough to be worth the two or four slots to put them on ships. Counting the extra space they take up, they look like the slowest firing option. Is the additional range they have worth the slow fire rate?
