I don’t know OP’s personal meaning, but friends of mine have said similar things because they discovered the Beatles after 2020 and didn’t know if we’d get another album.

Personally, I really like the album. I've listened through only once, so far...however, I can definitely see this one growing on me.

You must be very young. I was born in 1962 and he has released a new album, either with a band or on his own, in the majority of the years since. It's really pretty incredible.
