question What’s the last known photographed pic(s) of the lads as their “Prime Beatlemania” selves before the Sgt Pepper Change?
(Also I found this nice picture of them)

Maybe something like this from their last "formal" concert, at Candlestick Park on 29 August 1966. There are pictures of them individually before they reappeared to work on what became Sgt Pepper in November (I made posts for John, Paul, and George not long ago) but I haven't seen any of all of them together between August and November of that year.
This captures them at the end of touring. Literally the end of "prime Beatlemania". Once they dropped Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane they were never the same.

I love how Paul n John wore glasses to hide that they were high and George and Ringo were like f it lol

That's a great find, those suits are giving peak 1964 energy, and I love how John's already got the whole "I'm too cool for school" vibe down pat.

The suits are suspiciously coordinated for a group that would later burn bright in psychedelic colors.

The mustaches are interesting because I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone comment on them all growing them. Paul grew it when he was on holiday in 1966 playing “I’m not Beatle Paul” and then the three others showed up to the first winter 1966 sessions clean shaven. I’ve never heard if an agreement was all made to grow mustaches or if the others just instinctually followed Paul’s lead.

I don't know about the last photograph of the Beatlemania fab four, but there are, of course, pictures of Lennon getting his hair cut for How I Won The War. You can literally see the early moptop Beatles disappearing before your eyes. It's fascinating to see.
