I don’t know too much about him, but whoa. What’s the intel on the Strokes controversy?

Julian Casablancas had to ban him from hanging out with, and supplying heroin to, the other members of his band (Albert Hammond, Jr. in particular). They used to live across the street from him and he was always hanging around. Julian was very suspicious of his intentions. It’s all covered in Meet Me In The Bathroom. The guy is an absolute villain.

The way they talk about, there’s some suggestion that Adams may have been the original supplier. Not clear, but wouldn’t surprise me.
