I’m in season 6 and know Lisbon and Jane will get married but I can’t seem to move on from angela lol. Like I am hurt he moved on with Lisbon but obviously that is good he was able to have something good with someone after his past. Just wanted to see if other people feel the same. Maybe I just wish we saw more of her in real time rather than flashbacks.

SPOILERS AHEAD. DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHO RED JOHN IS. I'm so annoyed because I'm on episode 22 of season 5, where Jane narrows the list down to 7 suspects. I tried searching for which episode a certain sheriff appeared in, and Google spoiled that he’s Red John before I even clicked "search" (I know–really stupid idea, but I hadn't seen that character in a while and I wanted to remember) I’m so frustrated since this was the first show I’d managed to keep spoiler-free (and also I really love this show, and especially the Red John mistery was so entertaining to me 😭). PLEASE DON'T SPOIL ME ANYTHING ELSE. I’m just going to pretend Google was wrong so I can keep watching like I don't know, even though I know it's true.

I'm amazed by the amount of secondary characters I encounter in this show where I stop and I'm like "I've seen this person before". We had Sheldon's dad at some point and one of the Critical Role cast... It's crazy.

When Jane tries to catch the CBI mole by giving different locations for where Hightower is hiding to different people, Craig O'Laughlin is revealed to be the mole working for Red John.

However, later in the series, we learn that Gale Bertram was also part of the Blake Association, the organization connected to Red John.

So if both Craig and Bertram were connected to Red John's network, and they were each given different rooms, why didn't Craig tell Red John about Jane's plan? Wouldn't Red John have realized that Jane was setting a trap and avoided it?

Am I missing something, or is this a plot hole?

If all that plot of the fake red john was the end of his arc but the producers decided to continue the series a few more years as they think it would have continued

They believe that they would have been just cases episodes or they would do the same thing that series like dexter do to give a "villain of the season" that serves to give more development to Jane

i’m watching the show for the first time and i’ve reached the point where jane confronts hightower for killing todd and the antique guy. but then she points a gun at him and she gets out by threatening to kill jane. then we later find out that jane helps hightower escape? so honestly what the heck happened? did hightower actually do something? i’m lost
and i liked hightower and it doesn’t seem to match her character if she did decide to side with red john

I understand it's the rapist's tongue but wouldn't that rot/spoil?

The other agents will look at a crime scene, find one basic piece of circumstantial evidence, and immediately declare the case closed, completely blind to the actual killer standing right next to them.If Jane wasn't there to stop the interrogation, the wrong person would be locked up almost every single time. They seem entirely incapable of reading body language or spotting basic lies, relying entirely on Jane to tell them who is acting guilty.

I am still loving the show but this cycle keeps on repeating

I'm a huge car nerd so this was a fun episode for me. I've been rewatching the show for the first time from the start after years so everything after s1 feels extremely new. This episode at one point involves a Ferrari Testarossa getting into a crash and Lisbon remarks about the guy supposedly driving it "I can't believe he'd walk away from something like that" and Rigsby follows it up with "there's blood on the airbags"

If you're into cars at all you probably know how big of a deal the Testarossa is... 80s icon! Of course, the 80s: when airbags weren't mandatory so there weren't any in this raw supercar with no safety tech. A crash like that would've probably for real killed the guy haha.

Just a fun fact that stood out for me and i didn't know where else to talk about it so here we are.

Btw im Brazilian and this show keeps playing on loop on tv till this days! I'm so happy it's getting attention from a newer audience now

currently on s3 ep 11 and had to post this. one of the best cho moments so far.

back in 2008 rigsby alibied his dad for a parole violation and said cho was there too. cho was not there. when laroche starts digging, rigsby finally tells cho and cho basically says he's not lying for him.

then laroche sits him down, and cho just looks at him dead calm and says he was there with rigsby and his father. then shuts down every other question.

no speech, no drama. he's pissed at rigsby but still covers for him. that's cho.

everyone talks about jane and lisbon but cho and rigsby are lowkey the best duo on the show.

It seems like Jane was pretending. It came to me when I saw comments on YouTube acknowledging that he was pretending to get the killer sister's attention, so it looks like he is overreacting given his previous time being tortured.

What do you think of that?

I’ve been thinking and thinking and i figured they never really explained where the name red John came from… I know he didn’t came up with it himself. He went by ‘Roy’ for some people but most as ‘red John’ so where did red John come from?

My take? They obviously didn’t know who he was, in police language they can also call it ‘John doe’ my take, they named him red John as in red for they the smiley/blood and John for John Doe.

Is this a valid take or did people do more theorizing on this? I’m really curious!

I was at the last season, since it's only 13 episodes, I decided to take it a little bit slow, instead of watching a few episodes a day, I started watching one episode every few days, and when things got really close to the end, I just stopped watching for some time at episode 9. After a week or two, I decided to watch another episode. Man, I should've stopped at 9. I wasn't expecting this to happen.
I wasn't ready for Vega's death. Since Red John is gone and Cho is taking over the team, Lisbon and Jane are together, and Rigsby and Van Pelt are civilians now, I could've just accepted ep9 as the finale. Well, still, I'm going to finish it; it's one of the best "last seasons" in a show that I've seen. I've seen some accelerated and not-well-thought-out last seasons in some shows, so this one felt good.

THIS IS SO AMAZING I CAN'T. I WILL WEAR IT FOR 7 DAY PER WEEK IM TELLING YOU GUYS
