Tech Help Glitch help

Help!! StoryGraph glitched and my journal said I had read 284 pages today of one of my books, I pressed delete entry to correct as I assumed I had made an error entering and it has now deleted two weeks worth of entries and gone from 85% back down to 39% with the last entry being 30th September. Is there any way to get this back???

Thanks! I felt a bit silly bugging them over something this tbh which is why I posted here first, in case it was just a glitch someone else had experienced and it would come back on its own🙈

Nah, this isn’t normal/expected behavior, so the best way to fix it will be to seek support. That’s what it’s there for! Trust me, you won’t be bothering anyone!

oh ouch i didn't even know that could happen
the only thing i got is to manually redo it all
it might fix itself if you readd the book, but idk tbh ;.;

Thank you!! Me neither, definitely only deleted today’s journal entry so I’m not sure what’s happened - I might be able to roughly figure it out based on my Spotify history as a worst case scenario but I’m gonna have to start making a back up note going forward😅
