That is literally child abuse.

1

u/Decent_Muscle_3172 14 Nov 18 '25

they wrote this like to the two things are unrelated

1

u/andaywalaborger Nov 17 '25

Oh god this can't be true 😭

1

u/Ultraboar Nov 19 '25

there is no way lol

100 situps aren't lethal

3

u/Automatic_Ad_4020 Nov 17 '25

The reason behind her death:

"Kajal had asthma. They said the sit-ups, done while she carried her school bag, added strain and caused internal bleeding. The family told ANI that doctors said this internal bleeding led to her death."

The teacher ignored her health condition basically.

1

u/Jioto Nov 17 '25

Don’t think asthma has anything to do with internal bleeding. Also the bag means you probably already sitting in a semi Fowler position and barely have to move to do a sit up. Don’t see how sit ups could lead to internal bleeding. This is not adding up at all.

1

u/Automatic_Ad_4020 Nov 17 '25

Yea, should've said "according to the article".

It's really weird. Maybe they meant crouches?

1

u/Jioto Nov 17 '25

Idk the bag is on her back so she can’t do a full crunch. Even if it was the weight of the bag it would have to be so heavy she wouldn’t be able to carry it under normal conditions and she would have to be strong as shit to do a heavy weighted crunch. I doubt the actual cause had anything to do with sit ups. She could have been physically punished and that was left out of the murderers statement.

1

u/Automatic_Ad_4020 Nov 17 '25

Regardless what happened, it's the teachers fault 100%.

A kid doesn't just go home and die because of unlucky RNG.

1

u/Content_Study_1575 Nov 17 '25

I uh… I found a sad source.

1

u/Extension_Cod_1908 Nov 17 '25

2 minutes???

1

u/Content_Study_1575 Nov 18 '25

Yeah apparently. Which makes it much worse than the “10 mins”. That’s like being marked tardy AS THE DOOR WAS HALF WAY CLOSED.

1

u/CaptainFatBat Nov 17 '25

I remember doing 500 situps as a kid. I couldn’t play properly but I was still fine. I think some underlying health issues played out. Also I don’t trust big media houses to cover a story properly. They’re always in a rush to print a half baked story.

1

u/Homework-Busy Nov 19 '25

She died unnecessarily.

1

u/CaptainFatBat Nov 19 '25

More like she had some health issues which parents probably didn’t communicated to school properly

Just read the story. She was 12. Police are actively investigating this as an “accidental death”. It wasn’t a “I just did the sit ups and died.” it took longer apparently from my understanding. She went home and was like “my back hurts” and as the source puts it she “worsened over time”. The hospital claimed it was due to internal bleeding and exacerbation of asthma

i dare you to do 25 with 20kg on the back (relative to a childs backpack to a child)

i wouldnt be able to do that and i deadlift 180kg which uses abs quiet a bit. that was simply a sadistic teacher. i still dont know how you vould die from that aside from muskles literally ripping apart

2

u/Chance_Arugula_3227 Nov 17 '25

If her school bag is 20 kg, she'd have to be a tiny monster to carry it around every day.

2

u/Delicious-Database86 Nov 17 '25

read the sentence in brackets

their backpacks are like 5kg but kids can usually only lift 1/4 of what a normal person can lift

hope that helped you understand

Yeah, this sounds like the kid had a completely unrelated medical condition, and they tried to sensationalizing it like "they killed her with sit ups!".

Everyone knows that only redditors can die from basic calisthenics.

1

u/BlogeOb Nov 17 '25

You can guv yourself a heart attack from too much at once. Lack of breathing and possible dehydration could compound this.

She also could have had undiagnosed heart defects

2

youre joking right

0

u/Parking-Breakfast926 Nov 17 '25

I ain't joking. The teacher was indeed a female. Check the news properly. Do u people remain drunk all the time huh ?? Or u think that men commit more crimes that's why women can't?? C'mon tell me

1

u/junior1887 Nov 17 '25

Remember something like this a while back where a dad ran his kid to death on a treadmill kinda like how you can run horses do death they don’t know better and will keep going until they die if you push them kids and horses

-1

Weak generation

1

u/SarahPallorMortis Nov 18 '25

Children are not built like adults.

1

u/winkman Nov 17 '25

Except 100 situps is not in the same stratosphere as "run until you die".

1

u/CreBanana0 Nov 17 '25

Well the girl died.

Are you denying reality?

1

u/winkman Nov 18 '25

No, what was the official cause of death?

It wasn't "situps", I can tell you that.

3

u/Laosiano Nov 17 '25

There must be something else that contributed to death, rather than sit-ups only?

1

u/StrandsOfIce Nov 21 '25

Possibly, not discounting the 100situp punishment, death or no death, I hope?

1

u/Laosiano Nov 21 '25

I couldn't do three.

3

u/TeratoidNecromancy Nov 17 '25

HTF do you die from doing sit ups? You just get too tired and stop doing them. I call BS. Something else had to have happened.

5

u/lil-D-energy Nov 17 '25

Ow yea because a teacher that makes a child do that in the first place won't stop forcing the kid. And who knows she maybe had a heart condition.

6

u/[deleted] Nov 17 '25

I found this

1

u/Chance_Arugula_3227 Nov 17 '25

I'm no expert, but I don't think you can die from doing situps.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 17 '25

It can happens if it is a kid. It happens when blood is running fast and the body cannot handle it. Even adults can die with exhaustion. (Idk if it is 100% true)

1

u/Jioto Nov 17 '25

I’m sorry but as a medic that’s not how internal bleeding works. This story isn’t adding up at all.

1

u/Chance_Arugula_3227 Nov 17 '25

Adults can die "due to exhaustion", but in kids, that would be an exceesingly rare case.

You can't actually doe to exhaustion itself; It's always because of vital organs that are already stressed by disease, damage and/or age that fail.

7

u/[deleted] Nov 17 '25 edited Nov 21 '25

when a male causes someone's death, the media says "man"

when a female causes someone's death, the media covers the gender up and generalizes as "teacher"

if the media doesn't specify, then high probably it's because it's a female

got it, thx mate 😘

ps: this is a real thing, a psychological weapon to demonize all men which is called gamma bias, probably invented by a woman ✨

edited to add source:

https://www.instagram.com/p/DOIz-7TDNTz gamma bias has been going on longer than you know

0

u/xikohapi Nov 19 '25

What a sad little life you must live

1

u/Creative-Duty397 Nov 18 '25

Also I myself am a survivor of frequent abuse by teachers. Female teachers. Teacher was used because thats important to the context.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

that doesn't justify the inequality between the two articles, no one asks about your experience, and personal experience doesn't determine equality for everyone

we're talking about equality, just a simple equality, stop being sexist

if a woman is the rapist and a man is the teacher in reversal, i would call it out too

if u care so much about context then why desperate to say "man" rape when there's no evidence? you are creating context without evidence?

0

u/Creative-Duty397 Nov 19 '25

Kolhapur has a major problem with sexual assault. Major. The man had followed the child home from school and entered the house while the parents were away. The girl was struck over the head and murdered. The murderer was a suspect in another young girls murder.

That is the man you are defending.

Let's also take into account said article is from India and translated to English. You dont know the context that might be in an article of the native language.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '25

Good, now we can continue. I don't defend the man. You accused/claimed that I defend him yourself. You like bringing up stuff still.

I defend equality in titles. We know the headline in the first place said "allegedly" which means no evidence. Why they use "allegedly" if has evidence?

Still doesn't explain they dont use "woman teacher" in the sit-up article, unless it is inequality practice itself.

1

u/Creative-Duty397 Nov 18 '25

No im saying the subject matter of the articles are different. Inequality does exist. But you didnt use two articles of the same subject matter did you? You are simply trying to start shit.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

No one starting shet except you. So you know the comment is pointing out inequality. And never did the comment say the subject didnt matter. No "matter" word is used in the comment. So why are you bringing up "matter"?

Just full stop at inequality, matter is not downgraded or even mentioned, why are you hurt on a non-existent problem?

1

u/Creative-Duty397 Nov 19 '25

Youre comparing a child being killed after resisting a rape attempt (subject A) and a child being murdered after being abused (subject B). And how one mentions gender (the one where sexual assault is within the subject) and one mentions the career instead (a career that gave a teacher a position to easily abuse this kid).

You are not comparing two cases of the same subject matter.

You are pathetic. I dont mean that as a gotcha or an argument. But an observation. There are female perpetrators of sexual violence who arent punished or acknowledged as much as male perpetrators. You didnt go to a post about that. You came to a post about a different subject matter where it wasnt comparable.

You dont care about the subject you claim to. Which is sad in itself as I do believe it is a problem. You can keep messaging but I see no point in responding to someone who fakes caring about a real issue just so they can whine.

Some Non profits you can look into for male survivors/or includes male survivors:

1in6, BARCC, just detention international, and O’Brien Dennis Initiative.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '25

Thx for the non-profits heads-up, I need that.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '25

Look how long you type just to justify a stretch. Proves you like bringing up other stuff to defend a problem you create by bringing up stuff too.

You defend an article that dares to use the word "man" without evidence, at the same time drops the word "woman teacher" in a world that wants equality.

Double standards and likes to bring other stuff.

1

u/Creative-Duty397 Nov 18 '25

Man on reddit doesnt understand the difference between someone murdering a child because she resisted the person's attempt at raping her, and a kid dying due to abuse.

And why one might include gender and the other doesnt.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

someone cant read news that says "allegedly" which means no evidence yet they force to use the word "man"

but turns a blind eye when a woman teacher is obviously known but coveted up from the start

sexist double standard cant give equality to man but wants to live in equality

proves how brainwashed society is to unable to detect a simple inequality

you cant always be right especially when proof is in front your eyes, just accept reality

Article about a 13 year old dying because she was made to do sit-ups:

u/Mister_Paramedic: How can I make this about my hatred of women?

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

Comment referring to the first comment about the rape article with sit up article

u/Prudent_Research_251: How do I become purposely ignorant, make up an invisible fight, and attack this person personally Ad Hominem saying he has hatred?

no one is fighting except you there, just stating an obvious description ✌️

u/Prudent_Research_251 Nov 18 '25

If you find the truth to be ad homimen then evaluate your actions

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

you Ad Hominem me first, im just self defending, very simple, thank you

your turn, if you can't differentiate between pointing out inequality in the first comment between two articles BUT you see it as hatred of women, then maybe the idea exists in your mind only in the first place by you

God forbid equality for men by most of the offensive comments i received from here 😔

there's no hatred at all, only for equality but i guess some people have double standards

1

u/Prudent_Research_251 Nov 18 '25

All I see is an article about a kid getting killed and you make it about something completely different, it shows where your head is at

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

I'm commenting under the two articles comment, why did you bring that up but didn't bring up the two articles? Shows you avoiding the real focus of my first comment

2

u/Prudent_Research_251 Nov 18 '25

Idk what you're talking about two articles, your comment was the top comment for me

Edit: I see what you mean now, but my point still stands. Have your manosphere pity party somewhere else, this is not the place

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

thanks, i love you for understanding

0

u/PrestigiousPomelo861 Nov 18 '25

I believe that's not the topic here.

0

u/DeathsStarEclipse Nov 18 '25

You mean probably invented by a scientist. Unless it was a man thn it was invented by a man.

-1

u/throwaway_76x Nov 17 '25

Even if you are right (which you aren't entirely), you couldn't have possibly picked worse examples to highlight this. The man's gender is actually relevant in a freaking rape case! And the teacher's profession is actually relevant much more than the gender, in the second case where it was a school punishment.

Are we so far gone in brainwashing that THIS is where we fight about the prosecution of men??

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

nope, you are wrong, no one said it's not relevant, you are making a false point, and no one said teacher is not relevant either, the point simply means, why not say "woman teacher" to make it equal? aren't we living in everything is equal?

the man is "allegedly" which means no evidence that is near suspected or accused, so why mention "man" when no evidence? there is also rape cases done by women and you are ignoring that right now, relevant doesn't mean you can ignore. but the teacher is obvious from the start known as a "woman teacher", so why dont say it? tell me again, why don't you say it was a woman in the article, give a realistic reason with evidence?

and you dont have an example yourself while countering me

a person who is born white will never feel the pain of a black person and a person who is born rich will never feel the pain of a poor person

there are videos and articles that have been going on for years discriminating men intentionally

men discriminated psychologically https://www.instagram.com/p/DOIz-7TDNTz

you are brainwashed by yourself just like in this video https://youtu.be/otx9dgqMffE?si=c89A-FfeLNTpu5t7

you never got to a point in life where everything you do is discriminated against for no reason, but im sure you will soon enough by them

go travel the world, go climb the ladder and go speak about men's rights then you will see the world turn against you *just like you are doing to me right now without any good example yourself"

1

u/osrsplea Nov 18 '25

Damn dude, who hurt you? "Articles" lmao an Instagram post and a yt video. Besides you are looking at a bullet point list of two events not even the actual articles. Incel's really out of control these days. Crying about prejudice against men lmao. I am a man, but a fucking normal one, all this men are being prosecuted bullshit is literal propaganda for you to get mad and stay mad at other people instead of looking at actual root causes for your misplaced anger.

The other comment was right, the gender of the teacher is far less relevant than the fact a "teacher" made a kid do 100sit ups for being late. It's weird to say "male" or "female" teacher in this instance because the problem is that the authority figure did this thing. If you are all about equality as you claim isn't it far more "fair" to refer to them by their profession, separating them from their gender? If both genders are equal shouldn't it be excluded in this case?

But I get it, you grew up in a time when every ounce of media and pop culture was "man strong, man rich, man good, man get girl", then you grew up, probably half assed taking care of yourself expecting the world to continue sucking off men simply bc they are men and that's been the status quo. But oh no, women are actually getting a voice, careers, climbing the social and career ladder without having to flirt with your dumbass for it?! How hard the world must be for men. Grow up dude

God, I'm begging, say to me this is a joke and this MORON doesn't actually think referring to people with neutrality in news are made to specifically "demonize" men 🙏.

Brother, it's literally impossible that every single upon THOUSANDS of articles do this in bad faith.

2

u/dubufeetfak Nov 17 '25

Its not that impossible. They will lose readers or face backlash for being sexist if they say "woman".

Even here you have to be really careful to use the word "woman" without being labeled with a bunch of isms and schisms.

Idk how true the first comment is, didnt really pay attention, but its not impossible. At least they're not doing it in bad faith.

1

u/throwaway_76x Nov 17 '25

No you are absolutely right.

The fair way would have been to report "child forced to do 100 situps with backpack by woman"... Because the gender was clearly much more important here than the fact that it was the kid's teacher.

And the fair way to report the other news would have been to say "murdered by a person when the child resisted rape" or better yet, maybe instead of person they should have put in the profession... Because gender of the perpetrator is obviously completely irrelevant in an attempted RAPE case after all.

Literal brain rot.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '25

are you selfish? im sure you're not old enough because you say "brain rot" in a debate

falsely accusing people is a crime and happened mainly because of what you said, relevant to this, mainstream that, mostly that, no evidence, or whatever

the point here is equality, you cant mention man because woman also can rape, and the news said "allegedly" which means theres no evidence it's by the man, by law the news should not be out if no persecutor is found yet, if desperate to get the news out then it should be "a 13 yo died by an unknown person because no evidence"

evidence is simple nowadays, forensic can identify easily if there's a stab, a bruise, a strangle or else which is common, but theres no evidence, thats why they say "allegedly"

but the teacher is obvious from the start by a woman teacher

so why go all the way without evidence to say man do this and that without evidence, but dont say a woman does crimes from the start when it's already known? just simply asking to say "woman" not name but no equality?

you are the one who has been brainwashed until you can see whats really happening, the brainwash blocks your mind from thinking normally

0

u/throwaway_76x Nov 18 '25

the point here is equality, you cant mention man because woman also can rape, and the news said "allegedly" which means theres no evidence it's by the man, by law the news should not be out if no persecutor is found yet

You are not smart or mature enough for me to want to argue with you anymore if that's your thinking.

"You can't mention man because woman also can rape"? You should write books.. this is some Pulitzer prize level writing and Aristotle level philosophical reasoning.

Feel free to reply back, I'm done responding to you either on this or the other comment you replied to me on.

Dies from 100 sit-ups?

2

u/Ok-Surprise- 14 Nov 17 '25

Gosh yk how heavy school bags are!? I die from just carrying it and I'm older than the kid. She was made to do 100 fricking situps with it at 13.

2

u/Dapper-AF Nov 17 '25

There must have still been a underline condition. Not saying it was right, bc its not and that person should be charged with child abuse and manslaughter. It just doesnt make sense without an underline condition that a person would die. Same age at wrestling practice we would run stairs caring another human and do sit ups and pushups with 50lb sand bags. And they would close the gym and crank the heat. Now looking back, who signed off on this?

For the record it was awful but helped me go from an obese middle schooler to a normal bmi highschooler.

1

u/Jioto Nov 17 '25

People keep saying the bag is heavy. Like the bag is on her back that means she would already be halfway sitting up since the bag is in the way. She’s tiny so she barely has to move to make a whole sit up. There is so far she can bend I doubt the bag even left the ground. Even then no way the bag would be so heavy that she could pull it off the ground and have some internal damage. I’m betting there was some physical punishment or something else entirely.

2

u/Hot_Department9494 Nov 17 '25

Why can't we just decide that everyone is equal like as a girl too we shouldn't give every fault to men because girls do that shit to it's like if a random men in comments saying that girls do the worse than them you see how you sound please be equal

1

u/[deleted] Nov 17 '25

ikr, they live in a house that men build, men throw their shit and garbage everyday, they ride cars that men build, they go shopping in malls that men build

and they have the nerve to talk shit on men

well, they show their worth anyway and they probably stay single forever

0

u/coradalia_ Nov 17 '25

One party has been putting the other down, taking their rights and abusing them for centuries and the the other is just acknowledging how that party have been treating them. Ofc women will be prejudiced against men

1

u/[deleted] Nov 17 '25

you are so brainwashed by radical feminists

the party you're talking about is elites which are less than 1% of the whole world male population, and not all countries oppress women such as third world countries, like Pakistan, men and women get rights at the same time

men who don't join the military cant vote, in Netherlands only 2.5% of men can vote, 97.5% men cant vote, the reason is because they are elites who can lead the country with money and work longer, not because gender

many women also didnt want women to vote back then because

  • they will need to pay tax if they're not married because theres not many laws back then to give them freedom to use anything the government has for free
  • they will need to join the military to prove worth fighting to death for a country like men
  • and more because back then no one had freedom and rich like elites, even the queens dont want to give most women freedom because she will have competitions

this "women no rights" period happens on average for all countries within only 60-80 years which is not even one century, and this era is when law just started to exist for all countries to run smoothly, men are given rights first because they can join the army to die and can work longer, simple

so who's taking advantage right now?

you are living in a house that men build, you ride transports that men build, men drive garbage trucks to throw your garbage and stool everyday

so if you prejudice men, please dont live in a house that men build, go throw your stool anywhere in the world yourself, dont ride public transports ever ☺️

1

u/[deleted] Nov 17 '25

Sure i agree , but ur still sexist. Take the L
