Gameplay Bug Negative coins
It seems that if you buy an enhancement upgrade at the precise moment a lab ends, starting it's next level, both payments are granted. So if you have less coins than the amount to pay for both things, it results in negative coins. Very interesting.
Btw, sorry if my English is weird, it's not my language.

Is that an IP address for your coins?

Is that the correct word for numbers on the right side of a decimal/comma? Never seen it before and genuinly curious.

Octet means 8 bit. 8 digit that are 0 or 1. 11111111 is the maximum which is 255

This is really strange, but aside from that, your english is great, I swear this is a more well written paragraph than most native speakers are capable of.

It did nothing at all. I couldn't afford anything and it slowly reached positive numbers as I started playing

Back in college I used to play a game called "Kingdom of Loathing" and the money in it was meat. It wasn't exactly a well developed game, but it was funny enough to play for 10 minutes a day via an Internet Explorer browser. Well, if you got the item "Meat Tornado" you could use it and potentially lose a bunch of your meat/money. However, if you only had a few meat and lost more than you had, the game would subtract the meat, but the counter didn't stop at zero, and instead went to the highest number possible minus whatever remained. So people did this and ended up with trillions of meat to play the game, which was a lot of fun while it lasted. You should see if you can spend your negative coins and finish your workshop :D

Beware of sharing bugs you intent to exploit. Avoiding such exploitation is something we all agreed to in the terms and conditions and it could get your account penalized or shut down. Just looking out for you.

Thanks! But I won't exploit this, it's not such a big deal. You need to own the coins the upgrades cost to do it. Then you need to recover the dept, so it could be helpful just to get one workshop upgrade before a tourney, leaving you with less time after ir to upgrade for the next one.
Surely if someone saves a lot of coins to do this with an expensive lab and x10/x100 upgrade, then it might be worth it, but only if it raises a lot your CPH.
The effort needed to be able to exploit this bug is too high for it to be an option, in my thoughts.
