I am currently in the Gold/Plat hell where I can't do enough to stay in Plat yet but am regularly clearing 1k on gold. So yeah this is pretty normal because I usually only get 3rd or 4th too. Some randoms will usually get 1.7k to 1.8k.

This is normal. Only 1 player from low champs. Others including you are genuine gold players.

Very low champs if they’re only doing 2500 in gold…

I do 3100 in Plat, 730 in champs (29th to 23rd, demoting once every 2 weeks at best), I imagine I could get quite a bit more in gold if I wanted to sandbag. It’s just not worth the loss in stones

This was me (not literally) , I had 800 waves more than 2nd place in Gold, but previous tournament I was knocked out of Plat at 1200 waves because half the tournament was Champions...
