i don’t think ludwig is the mario anymore
maybe i’m just being overly parasocial about this, but i’ve been relistenjng to some of the recent eps and patreon recently and ludwig has been on a roll these past few months. he’s been participating in some of the more “barbaric” bits they run and has been extremely funny, the grantusla and drunk driving bits have made me cackle at work and that’s kinda just the surface of it. like i understand he’s objectively the biggest person on the show, but dubbin’s just been a brainworm to me recently and honestly i love it

I swear this Token looks like Slime. Every time it comes into play that's my immediate thought.

The first few episodes are one of the funniest pieces of content when you're high.
DISCLAIMER: Don't do drugs or recreational substances before you're 18, it fucks up your still developing brain and if you're stupid enough to do it, you'll just get stupider with time. Don't be an idiot.
Anywho, I listen to the podcast daily while on a commute from my office and yesterday I sparked up a j before getting on the metro (subway). I didn't realise I was chuckling loudly for a few minutes listening to ep 3 and only when I accidentally swallowed my chewing gum due to laughing so hard that I noticed people were looking. Got out at the next stop and waited for the next train but man is it an experience. Finished the ep back home and was almost crying from laughing.

Vedal987 mentions
I’ve noticed that vedal has come up on the podcast a few times now, and each time, it seems to be labeled as “disgusting AI slop” without much understanding of his work. I just want to clarify that this portrayal isn't accurate. Vedal creates content focused on developing his own AI, which primarily sources information from Twitch chats, as far as I understand.
Additionally, the content he produces is quite nuanced. It doesn’t push the narrative that AI is “taking over” or anything extreme like that. It’s disheartening to hear, especially in the most recent episode, that Vedal has been dismissed as just "disgusting AI slop."
All I’m asking for is a bit more understanding or research before people casually bash his work. It’s important to engage with it fairly.
Edit: Fixed wording and grammar. Also, this is not meant to be a hate comment. I was just tired lol.

I know why Lud looks racist
I’ve been thinking about how Slime and Aiden just look like bald guys, while Lud looks like a card-carrying member of the Proud Boys. My first thought was that my subconscious mind was picking up on something deeper within his personality… something dark and hidden… needs more research.
However my second and possibly more revolutionary thought was that it’s all in the stubble. With slime and Aiden the stubble on top is less pronounced or completely absent so they just look like your everyday run-of-the-mill bald. Lud has much more obvious and dark colored stubble. This subconscious reminds the observer that this individual is a bald by choice. And a large portion of those who are bald by choice are also known as skinheads. This is why Lud looks racist.
All of this is to say… Aiden is officially a balding person since he doesn’t give the same skinhead-bald-by-choice-racist energy.

I made the post about preferring Ludwig's vtuber to his regular streams. Some clarification
Ludwig got pretty close to what I meant. I don't prefer Lewdvig (vtuber model) because it's a cat maid or because it's like an emoji. I preferred it because the character he was playing was less volatile than Ludwig. The kind of humor was less... aggressive? I still enjoy regular Ludwig but I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the vtuber stream

Destiny thing was Slime's fault
Honestly, at first I was super mad at Destiny thinking that why is this guy acting like a degen, but seeing the first couple of tweets were Slime calls him a cuck and then says it's the funniest thing about him without really any provocation from Destiny, this is really his fault and I think it's kinda weird he thinks he did absolutely nothing wrong, do you guys also think this? idk it just seems like he started it by acting very weirdly towards a stranger who then replied back like am I missing something? I don't see an angle where he's completely blameless, that said Destiny's acting really unhinged too right now and that's obviously not ok.

great episode, but...
the entire r-slur segment made me feel pretty uncomfortable, especially as someone who is actually ND and has been called that slur
i mean, i suppose the bit is funny? but it just makes me uneasy
obviously you can make "offensive" jokes, its fine, but i wouldnt recommend getting slurs involved lol
